To make it easy, Mana automatically audits each stage and assigns a traffic light status so educators and leaders can see what’s complete, what’s in progress, and what’s overdue.

Understanding the Traffic Light System

  • 🟢 Green – Stage is fully complete.

  • 🟡 Yellow – In progress, action still needed.

  • 🔴 Red – Overdue, requires immediate attention.

Each stage’s status updates in real time based on what’s been documented. If something is missing or incomplete, it will stay yellow or red until all necessary steps are completed.

🛠 How to Use the Stages Auditing Feature:

  1. Navigate to Stages

  • Click Journeys > Select Child > Select Journey > Select colour blot on the top right corner of desired stage to view and edit.

2. Check the Traffic Light Status

  • Each stage will be marked 🟢🟡🔴 based on completeness.

  • Click on a stage to see why it has a yellow or red status.

3. Complete Any Missing Actions

  • If a stage is still 🟡 Yellow, it may need additional input.

    • Example: If ‘Family Input’ asks for both parents' responses, but only one has contributed, the stage will stay yellow.

4. Manually Adjust the Stage (If Needed)

  • Educators can override the AI assessment and update the status manually.

Provide a reason for the change, and the system will record the update.

❓FAQs & Troubleshooting

Why isn’t my stage turning yellow even though I’ve uploaded all the content?

  • The system only turns a stage yellow when all required sections have been engaged with. If additional input is expected as written in the content by the educator against the descriptions of the stages (e.g., from another family member or co-educator), it will remain green or red.

Why isn’t my stage turning green?

  • Some actions might still be outstanding. Click on the stage to see what’s missing.

  • If everything is correct, you can manually update the status and provide a reason for the change.
