What Is the Room Plan?

For $39/month (excl. GST), the Room Plan unlocks a streamlined set of features tailored to one teaching space:

  • Self-Sign-Up Guide: Start immediately and quickly learn how to navigate and use the platform effectively.

  • 100 AI Requests per month: Create learning stories, plans and reflections from your notes in minutes and access magic actions to translate and edit easily.

  • Add up to 10 Users & 50 Children: Perfect for a small team working closely with a small cohort of children.

  • 1 Curriculum: Build educational programs for up to one room/group.

  • Family Sharing: Share documents with families in a meaningful way

  • Coach Sue: Get guidance, writing prompts, and best-practice tips anytime

  • Summative Assessments & Journeys: Track individual progress over time

Who Should Consider the Room Plan?

  • Single-Room (eg: Kindergarten Room) at a service

  • Family Daycare Providers

  • Standalone Kindergartens

  • Very small centres with ~5 educators involved in planning and <40 daily attendance

  • Individual users requiring a higher number of requests

When to Look Beyond the Room Plan

  • Multiple Rooms or Centres: If you need to manage more than one room, a bigger centre, or multiple centre- our Centre Plan or Enterprise Plan may offer better value.

  • Heavy AI Usage: Teams generating more than 100 AI requests a month will either need to top up or upgrade to a higher-request plan.

  • Full Curriculum Management: For services that require multiple room programs, consider our Centre Plan or Enterprise Plan.
