Hiding a Memory removes it from your own Home feed. It does not delete the Memory or undo sharing with other people.
This is useful when you want a quieter view of Home while keeping the underlying Memory available. Use it to manage what you see, not to change who can access something you shared.
Hide a Memory
On Home, find the Memory you want to hide.
Open the card's options and select Hide update.
Read Hide this Memory?.
Select Hide Memory, or Cancel to leave it visible.
The change applies to your Home view. It does not ask other family members or educators to hide the same Memory.
See hidden items through Home filters
Open Filter and sort on Home. When hidden items exist, the filters offer a way to include them in your view.
Displaying hidden items through a filter and restoring them are separate actions. A filter changes what the current feed shows; use the Account control below when you want to restore hidden Memories to Home.
Restore hidden Memories
Open Account.
Select Hidden memories.
Read Show hidden memories? and the number of Memories included.
Select Show memories, or Cancel.
This restores all of your hidden Memories to Home. It is not a list where you choose one Memory at a time.
After restoring, check Home and any other active filters if an item is still not visible. If Mana reports that it could not show your hidden Memories, try the supported action again or email [email protected] with the error message.
