Find a user’s organisation and centre access

Find a person in your organisation’s Users directory and understand the role and invitation options shown.

Written by Himal Randeniya

In your organisation profile, open Users to check a person’s organisation roles and centre access. Their role and status can differ between centres, so check the relevant row before making a change.

Find the person’s access

  1. Open Users from your organisation profile.

  2. Search for the person by name or email. Use Active, Invited or Inactive to find the relevant entry.

Organisation Users directory: 1 search, 2 status filters and 3 open a person’s profile.

1 Search. 2 Choose a status. 3 Open the person’s profile.

3. Under Access, select Organisation role or Centres.

4. Read the role and status beside the relevant organisation or centre. Open that row’s three-dot More actions menu to see the options available to you.

User profile: 4 Organisation role and 5 Centres open separate access panels.

4 Check organisation roles. 5 Check centre access.

Check an invitation

An Invited role may offer Resend invite or Delete invite. Deleting an invitation does not delete the person’s account or their other access. Available options depend on your permissions and the person’s current access.

Invited centre role: 6 More actions and 7 Resend invite or Delete invite.

6 Open More actions. 7 Review the invitation options.

For initial setup, see Create Your Enterprise Account or Activating Mana at an organisational level. To change the organisation owner, use Transfer Org Ownership.
