Mana offers two different types of plans: Personal and Team. Understanding the difference between these plans is key to ensuring that you choose the right plan for your needs and get the most out of Mana's powerful features and tools.

Personal Plans

Personal plans are designed for individual users who want to create engaging learning experiences for children and manage their early childhood education and care practice efficiently. Mana's Personal plans come in four different tiers:

  • Free plan: up to 10 requests per month

  • Starter plan: up to 25 requests per month, starting at $9/month

  • Personal plan: up to 50 requests per month, starting at $29/month

  • Transform: up to 200 requests per month, starting at $79/month

A "request" is an AI-generated learning story. Each time you create a piece of documentation on Mana, a request will be used.

Features included in the Individual Plans

Here is a breakdown of what is included in each Individual plan:

  • Free: Journeys, Docs and Coaching

  • Starter: Journeys, Docs, and Coaching

  • Personal: Journeys, Docs, Coaching, plus Summative Assessments, and Curriculum.

  • Transform: Everything in Personal

Team Plans

Team plans are designed for teams of educators who want to collaborate effectively and manage their early childhood education and care practice efficiently. Mana's Team plans come in one tier:

  • Unlimited metered usage, starting at $149 for the first 200 requests, and then $0.40 per request thereafter.

Team plans come with all the features and benefits of the Personal and Transform plans, plus the following:

  • Collaborate with colleagues: work with your colleagues across your room, centre, or organisation.

  • Group coaching sessions i.e. group critical reflections

  • Shared resources (e.g. children's history)

  • Data security: keep your data secure with data storage at the team level for compliance reasons.

  • Multiple roles: choose from various roles, including Owner, Manager, and Member, with different permissions and access levels.

  • Work on multiple items together: share journeys, Docs, children, and more.

Can I have both plans?

Yes! It's important to note that Personal and Team plans are separate and distinct plans. This means that you can have a paid Personal plan and a paid Team plan at the same time if you need to.
