A "request" is an AI-generated event, and includes:
Creating a Learning Story, Diary, Letter and Summative Assessment
Creating a Daily Journal Entry
Cleaning up a Learning Plan / Curriculum activity
Cleaning up a Reflection (when the button use AI is ticked)
A Summative Assessment uses 1 request for every 6,000 characters analysed. In other words it will analyse the observation i.e learning stories characters that you have selected.
Magic Actions
Using any of the "Magic Actions" of Translating into one of our languages, changing the Tone or fixing the spelling and grammar after you have created your observation.
General document creation also consumes one request per document, providing a straightforward way to track usage for basic actions.

Coaching Sessions including Coach Sue built into all our features across Mana does not use your requests. She is free and unlimited.

Tracking requests:
You can track how many requests you have used via accessing our website on a computer and checking at the bottom left hand corner. This represents how many requests you have used, how many is remaining and how many requests you have per month depending on your plan.
Or if you are accessing Mana through the app you can click the "Circle Icon/Profile" at the top left corner. A dropdown box will appear and under your account/s it will tell you which Plan you are on and how many requests you have left.
Additionally, you can navigate to your account’s Usage/Analytics section to review a detailed breakdown of activities that consumed requests. This feature helps you monitor and optimize your request usage effectively.
How do I check how many requests I have left on my Centre Plan?
In order to check your Centre Plan's requests please ensure you are the "Owner" of this account. To get access to this on our website you will need to:
1. Select your "Centre" by clicking on your profile at the top left corner of your screen and switching from your "Personal" account to your "Centre" account.
2. Next click on the requests metre at the bottom right corner of your screen.
3. A pop up box will appear with the amount of requests you have used and how many days till your usage resets.
Reset of requests
Note: Your monthly plan i.e. subscription resets each month on the anniversary of when you first signed up. Please note requests do not roll over to the following month. It will reset back to the number of requests depending on your plan.
