Can I go over my requests on my Centre Plan?
Yes you can! This can be measured through our "Limits" feature here on Mana.
Managing request limits on your Centre Plan is a great way to manage your spending by configuring usage limits.
To access the "Limit" feature you will need to:
Log in to your account and ensure you are in your Centre Account.
Click on your Profile Picture at the top left corner and a dropdown box will appear. Next Select "Team Settings"
Select "Limits"
Setting Limits
Enter your desired monthly request limit, the number will need to be higher than 200 requests. If your Centre reaches the hard limit threshold, requests will be rejected.
Enter your desired email notification threshold, e.g. 150 requests.
When your centre reaches the soft limit usage, a notification email will be sent.
By setting these limits you can easily set and manage requests for your Centre Plan. This control ensures your centre's workflow remains smooth while staying within your defined usage boundaries.
3. To make changes to these limits make sure to select "Update" to enter your limits
That's it! At any time go in and change and make adjustments as needed.
