Sometimes when joining Mana, educators accidentally create their own accounts and name them after their centre. This can cause confusion as you will not see the children in the personal account.

For example, our system may show that you’re part of two teams, but only one is your actual centre account, such as Caterpillars Early Learning.

Follow these steps to ensure you’re connected to the correct team account:

1. Log into Mana

Use your email to log in at Mana

2. Accept Your Centre Invitation

Check if you have an invitation waiting for your official centre team:

  • Go to Profile icon > Settings > Invitations

  • If you see an invite to your centre team (e.g., Caterpillars Early Learning), click Accept invite

3. Switch to the Correct Team

Once you’ve accepted (or if there’s no invite available):

  • Go to your Profile icon > Switch

You should then see two teams available to choose from, select one.

4. Confirm You’re in the Right Place

You’ll know you’re on the correct centre account if:

  • You can see the list of children under Journeys > View all / choose from existing children

👉 If this is not the case for the first team you selected, repeat Step 3 and select the other team, then repeat Step 4.

5. Rename Your Personal Account

If you’ve created another account with the centre’s name, we recommend renaming it as your Personal account to avoid confusion. For more information, see the guide below:
