Updating your name and photo in Mana
To change your own name, edit First name and Last name in Profile settings. There is no separate personal Display name field. Your centre’s name is managed separately in Team Profile.
Open Account → Settings. On a small screen, open the menu to find Account.
Under Personal → Account, select Profile.
Select the pencil beside your name, edit First name or Last name, then select Save. To change your photo, select the camera on your profile photo and choose an image from your device.

If a chat still shows an old name after your Profile is correct, contact support through Help & Support with a screenshot and the name you expect to see.
At this stage Mana does not offer self-service ability for users to update their own email addresses. Please contact our team for further support if this applies to you.
Updating the display name of your service or centre in Mana
Switch to the correct centre, then open Account → Settings.
Under Team → Management, select Team Profile.
In Centre profile, select the pencil beside the centre’s name, edit Centre name, then select Save.
