Adding photos in Mana
Add a photo using the upload control beside your document’s message box, then wait for it to appear as an attachment. If an upload fails, use Retry upload when that action appears.
If the photo will not upload
Stay in the original document and select Retry upload if it appears on the failed photo.
If it fails again, the app freezes, or you have already restarted or reinstalled without success, contact Mana through Help & Support. Include the step, error message, photo file type and size, and your device/browser or app version.
Keep unfinished writing and recordings open while you ask for help. Avoid deleting the app or clearing its data while work is unsaved.

Write your observation/document as normal, then click on the "picture" button located at the left side of your message box.
Click the "Gallery" button
Locate your desired image within your files and upload it
Once the image has finished uploading it will appear near your message box.

When you create an observation/document in Mana you will see the ability to "Upload file". Select "Upload file" and upload a photo from your device.
Start adding your jottings and notes and sit back as Mana works its magic generating an observation. Once finished, you'll have a lovely observation, photo and all!
