Find saved documents in History. In Mana on the web, open Journeys and select View all docs. You can narrow the list by child or Room, document type, creator and time period.
Find one child’s documents
Open Journeys and use Search children to find the child.
Open the child’s three-dot menu and select Recent docs. History opens with that child selected.
Choose Today, Last 30 days or Over 30 days. For documents from last month, check the period that contains their dates; the last 30 days is not the same as the previous calendar month.
Open the document you want to read.
Search across documents
Open Journeys and select View all docs.
Select Child to choose a child or a Room/group. Once selected, the filter shows that name.
Use Type to choose a document type, such as Learning Story. Use Creator if you want to narrow the list to a particular educator.
Choose the time period and review the results. You can combine these filters.
If a document is missing
Check the selected account, child or Room, document type, creator and time period. Choose All within a filter to clear that selection.
If Search older documents or Load older documents appears, select it to continue searching older results.
An unfinished document may be in Journeys → View drafts. History is for saved documents.
If Mana says you do not have access, ask your manager to check your access. If documents could not load, use Try again. A missing result does not prove the document has been deleted.
