Sharing documentation with families is easy! Just make sure:
✔ The child has a Journey
✔ Family members have been invited to their Child's Journey on Mana
Once that's done, follow these steps:
Share Individual Documents (Don't miss this!)
Create a new document under a journey stage
For each document, click the icon with the arrow facing up to start sharing

The Learning Story has not been shared yet:
Click on the icon with the arrow to open the sharing option:
Confirm that you want to start sharing with families by selecting Start Sharing
You will be able to see that a document has been shared when the outline is now in purple.
