Migration combines selected Journeys into one active Journey. Combining can remove previous family sharing, so review each document afterwards and re-share only the items the family should see.
Combining Journeys is for one child’s Journeys; it does not merge two child profiles. If the same child appears twice, ask Mana support to check the duplicate records before deleting or making either profile inactive. Do not use Journey Migration as a duplicate-child merge.
1. Check the child
On Journey Migration, check the child. The screen asks Which journeys would you like to combine into one?
2. Select the Journeys
Select the checkboxes beside the Journeys to combine. Mana uses the most recently created selected Journey as the active one. Unselected Journeys move to completed.
3. Confirm the selection
Review your selection, then select the button showing the total, such as Combine 2 journeys. Wait for the result before leaving the screen.
4. Review the result
When Journey Combined appears, select View Journey or View Completed Journeys. Check the expected documents and their family-sharing status. Use How to share documentation with families to re-share intended items.
If migration fails
If Migration Failed appears, or work remains missing after checking Find a missing child or Journey, contact Mana through Help & Support with the child, Journey and error details. Avoid repeated combining or recreating the child to recover missing work.
