Share your Program by sharing each document you want families to see. An available Program can appear in Mana Families without any related documents shared with that family. Seeing a Program does not mean every activity is shared.
Option 1: Share directly through the app
Open the room’s Program and choose a document. Use All docs if needed.
Select Share.
Check the recipients. An individual child’s document should go only to that child’s family.
Complete any Review media or notes checks, then preview if needed.
Select Share with family or Share for [number] children, and check the result.
Repeat for other documents you want families to see. Educator reflections remain unshared unless you choose to share them.

Option 2: Print and display in the room
You can also print your program and put it up in the room for families to see. When you print, the title of any reflection will appear in the program, but the reflection content itself won't be included- so your notes stay private by default.
Choose print options, then select Generate PDF.
