Your centre controls who can access a child’s profile. Authorised staff invite families from the child’s Family sharing page.
Before you invite someone
Check the child and email address.
If Family sharing is missing, ask your manager to check Families settings and your access.
Open Family sharing
Open Journeys and use Search children to find the child.

You can also open the child’s Profile and select Manage family access under Family.
Send the invitation
Select Invite (the person-plus icon on a small screen) to open Invite family.

Enter Email and choose Full access or View and discuss under Access.

Check the address and access, then select Send invite.
Choose the family member’s access
Full access — update the child’s details and contribute using the available family tools. It does not allow family members to invite others.
View and discuss — view shared information and join available discussions.
Older Share profile screen: enter the email, choose Parent (Full access) or Viewer (View and discuss), then Invite.
What happens next?
Family must accept using the invited email before receiving access.
Accepted shows connected family; Invited includes pending and expired invites; Disabled shows access turned off.
Under Invited, use the three-dot menu to Resend invite when available. Invite sent is disabled during the one-minute cooldown.

If Mana cannot confirm sending, refresh the list before trying again.
Change a connected family member’s access
Under Accepted, open the person’s three-dot menu and choose an available access level. The current level is checked. Externally managed access stays locked.
