Contact your child’s centre to add another parent, carer or family member. Family members cannot send invitations in Mana Families, including those with Full access.
What to ask your centre
Give the centre your child’s name and the new family member’s own email address. The centre will check who should have access and choose the appropriate access level.
This is a deliberate child-safety measure: centres need to know who can see a child’s information and who they are communicating with.
The centre sends the invitation. The new family member then signs in or creates an account using that same email address and accepts their invitation.
If access or chats need changing
Ask your centre if someone needs access removed or changed, or an expected chat is missing. Mana adds the relevant enabled chats for connected families; you do not need to invite other people into them.
Use your own account and keep your login private. Read why centres manage family access and chats.
