Open a photo or video in a shared update to view it larger. In Mana Families on the web, the viewer keeps the media separate from its controls.

On Home, find your child’s update. Open its photo or video, or open the update and select the media.

Use the bottom Next and Previous arrows to move between items. The counter at the top shows your position, such as 2 of 14.

For a video, use the Play/Pause control below it. Web videos start muted: select the speaker icon to turn sound on or mute it again.

Select Close (×) at the top right to return to the update.

If selecting Download shows Downloads are disabled, you can still view the files in Mana. Ask your centre if you need a copy, then select Got it to return to the viewer.
