Include what you were trying to do, where you got stuck, and any error message. Do not include your password or sign-in codes. If you attach a screenshot, keep other children’s information and private conversations out of it.

Contact your child’s early learning setting about their day, learning, routines, invitations or access to shared information. Use the available child conversation in Chat, or the setting’s usual contact details.

For something time-sensitive, contact the setting directly through its usual urgent contact route. A support chat or document discussion does not guarantee an immediate response.
