Verify your Mana email address

Follow the verification email and return to Mana to finish confirming your account.

Written by Himal Randeniya

If Mana asks you to verify your email address, open the verification email and follow its link. Verification confirms access to that email account; a family invitation is a separate step that connects you to your child.

Verify the address shown

  1. Check the email address displayed in Mana. For a family invitation, it should match the invited address.

  2. Check that email account for the verification message. Mana may have sent it already. If the screen offers Send verification email, select it.

  3. Open the message and follow its verification link.

  4. Return to Mana. It may detect verification automatically; if Confirm verification is still shown, select it.

If Mana says the email has not been verified, check that you completed the link’s instructions, then try confirming again.

If the message has not arrived

Check junk or spam and the complete spelling of your email address. Use Resend verification if that option is shown, then follow the message’s instructions. Delivery time can vary.

If you entered the wrong address, follow the sign-out option available on the verification screen and sign in or create an account with the address you intend to use. Ask your early learning setting to check or reissue a family invitation if it used another address.

Get help

For technical help, choose to email [email protected]. Include the step and error message without passwords, verification links or codes.

Families should use this email route to contact Mana support. Educators and managers who are signed in can also use Help & Support in their account menu.
