How to link a Centre plan to your Enterprise plan in Mana

If someone on your team has accidentally created a separate centre plan (rather than creating their centre via your organisation's portal in Mana), here's how you can easily upgrade their team to be part of your organisation account

Mana has multiple different plan options. For single centres, we recommend the Mana Centre plan, and for organisations with a group of centres, we recommend the Mana Enterprise plan. Occasionally, a centre might create a centre plan separate to your Enterprise plan.

Here's how to link that Centre plan to your Organisation's account in Mana and upgrade them to be part of your Enterprise account on Mana.

Before starting, ensure you are:

Step 1: Obtain the Team ID for the centre or centres that have separate centre plans that you want to link up to your Organisation account in Mana.

  • Select your Profile icon

  • Make sure the Team displayed is the Team that is intended to be linked to your Organisation account (i.e. the team on the centre plan)

  • Select Settings (like so):

  • Under Teams, select Management

  • Then select Team Profile

  • In your Team profile you will see Team ID

  • Tap to copy this to your clipboard (keep this ID handy)

Step 2: Repeat Step 1 all required Teams that will be linked to your Organisation account

Step 3: Navigate to your Organisation account to link the relevant teams

  • Select your Profile icon

  • Make sure the Org displayed is your Org account for the Enterprise Plan your organisation is on

  • Select Settings (like so):

  • Select Teams (purple tile)

  • In the top right corner of your Teams screen, select the 3 vertical dots

  • Then select Link team

  • Paste the ID of the team in from Step 1

Repeat Step 3 for all relevant teams!
