Here is how you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan i.e. subscription.
Click on your profile icon on the top left corner of your screen. Ensure you are on the right Team that you'd like to make changes to. If not, use the Switch function to change this. Then, select Settings.
On your left hand side navigation panel, scroll down to your Teams section and select Analytics. Then select Team Billing.
Select Open Billing Portal and then confirm you want to Open the Billing Portal in another window.
Select Update subscription
βSelect the the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to. If you wish to cancel your paid plan, please ensure you select the Free plan and select Continue.
βFollow the prompts to enter payment details (if upgrading to a paid plan) and confirm, that's it!
