Kia ora/Hello,

We are so excited to welcome you to Mana!

Over the next week you will be taking part in a Mana training session. Your [insert role - Centre Manager/Area Manager/Regional Manager] will let you know the date of your training session.

So we can make the most of the session, please complete the following quick steps before then (10-15 mins at most):

Your pre-training to-do list:

1. Accept your invitation to join your team on Mana

  • You will be onboarded into the Mana platform by head office/your Manager.

  • You will receive an email invitation from Mana.

  • Please follow the prompts in this email, and sign in/create an account using the email you were invited to Mana with on your laptop or mobile device.

  • Follow this guide on accepting your invitation to Mana if you need support.

  • Remember to ensure you have accepted your invitation to join your centre on Mana once logged in.

  • You will be asked to complete a short survey in your first few weeks of using Mana.

2. Personalise your profile in Mana

  • Follow the steps in this activation guide to personalise Mana by:

    • Adding a sample of your writing style (tip: this can be a learning story you have written in the past that best sounds like you)

    • Filling out your 'All about me' section (tip: tell us about yourself as a teacher in this section)

    • Filling out your 'My teaching philosophy' section (tip: we recommend selecting "Custom" in 'My teaching philosophy' so you can describe your personal teaching philosophy in your own words)

Other notes:

  • Your training session will be interactive! Please bring along a fully charged device so you can complete the hands-on parts of the session.
