How to add a new service to your organisation on Mana

New centre added to your organisation? This article helps you add a new team on Mana within minutes so your staff at this new centre can start using Mana from day 1.

This article only applies to Organisation Managers or Organisation Owners in Mana.

  1. Click on your Profile Icon and ensure you are toggled into your Mana Org account (it will say "Org" under the name of your Organisation).

  2. Under Quick Actions, select Add Team

  3. Type in the name of your new centre and select Create.

  4. Note: when you add a new team it will charge your payment method on file. If you would prefer to pay upfront via invoice let our team know so we can apply the invoice credit ahead of time.

  5. Logout and log back in and you'll be able to use the "Switch" function to switch into that team specifically and proceed with additional set up steps.

  6. Ensure you add your team to any groups you have set up in your Org portal.
