How to understand quality auditing across services

An overview of the key quality auditing features for Managers that oversee multiple services

1. Managing Your Organisation in One Place

At the organisation level, Mana gives you a single place to manage all of your teams, centres, users, and resources. As you can see in the screenshot below

2. Centralised Resource Library

Your org resources — curriculum, policies, quality documents, communications, and more — are stored in a structured library that your whole group can access. Mana’s 'Coach Sue' can answer questions directly from these documents, effectively turning your resource library into an internal knowledge base for educators and leaders.

3. Mana AI Quality Auditing (QA1 – Journeys)

Mana's AIs audit educator documentation against quality criteria (we can also fine to the criteria for your specific needs). QA1 quality monitoring is supported through a feature called Journeys (cycle of planning).

The screenshot below shows the four-stage planning cycle — Family Input, Observe & Assess, Plan & Implement, and Evaluate & Reflect — with the AI monitoring each stage and flagging what is complete or where further attention is still needed.

The next screenshot shows a drill-in to Stage 2 (Observe & Assess), where Mana has assessed the documentation as Complete — with an explanation of why, linked to the EYLF v2.0 framework and the child’s transition goal.

4. Group-Level Dashboard (QA1 & QA7 Rollup)

All of this rolls up into a group-level dashboard, giving leadership visibility across every centre at once. You can see QA1 (Journeys) and QA7 Professional Development Plans (Grow) side by side.

You can see weekly movement, and which centres and rooms are on track vs. need support.

5. Centre-by-Centre Breakdown

Clicking into Journeys shows a breakdown by centre — so you can immediately see which locations are progressing well and which need attention. Each centre shows on track, falling behind, off track, and no journey counts at a glance.

6. Room and Educator Drill-Down

You can go one level deeper to see progress by room or by key educator — making it easy to identify exactly where support is needed within a service.
