Verification process overview
Account verification is an important part of our account set up process. To verify your account, follow the steps outlined below:
Click the "Send Authentication Email" button to send an authentication email to your nominated email address.
Once you have received your authentication email, click the link in the email to verify your account
Once you have clicked the link, return to Mana and press "Confirm Verification"
Upon completion of the steps above, your account will be verified.
If you are experiencing issues verifying your account, please get in touch with Mana's friendly support team by selecting the "?" icon in the lower left hand corner of your Mana profile to send us a message.
Common issues with account verification
I have not received the verification email. What should I do?
If you have not receiving a verification email from Mana, try the following:
Check your junk or spam folder for emails. Our security emails can sometimes end up there.
Double-check the spelling of your email address. Remember that email addresses can be case-sensitive.
I have accidentally used the wrong email. What should I do?
If you have accidentally used the wrong email:
Log out by clicking the logout button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Sign up again using the correct email address.
