Our guided journeys feature now supports educators to effectively manage end-to-end cycles of planning for each of their children, without the need to manually track in a separate system. We understand that your team or centre might be using Mana side-by-side with another software. Mana can absolutely support you to do this, for example, if you are using Mana to help you develop high quality writing and documentation at speed.
Copying your writing from Mana to another system
You can copy your writing (such as learning stories, journals or daily diaries by following the steps below:
Once you have completed a document in Mana such as a "Learning Story" or a "Journal", select the "Copy" icon (2 squares on top of each other)
You can then paste into the relevant area of your other system by right clicking and selecting "Paste", or using your preferred keyboard shortcuts.
Downloading your writing from Mana
Right next to the "Copy" icon is a "Download" icon. You can use this to download a PDF version of your document if you need to share something with someone outside of Mana for Teachers or Mana for Families, or you also want to have a PDF copy of your writing stored elsewhere.
