How do I upgrade / downgrade or cancel my plan i.e. subscription?

Here is how you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan i.e. subscription:

  1. Click on your profile icon on the top left corner of your screen.

  2. Select "Settings"

  3. Select "Team Settings"

  4. Next select "Team Billing"

  5. Select "Open" and follow the prompts to open the billing portal in a new window

  6. Select "Update subscription"

  7. Select the the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to. If you wish to cancel paying for your place please ensure you select "Free" Plan and select continue.

  8. Follow the prompts to enter payment details and confirm, that's it!
