Follow the instructions below to add yourself to a journey that you have created for a child to see Mana Families (see video tutorial below)
To access the Families feature, ensure it is enabled by following these steps:
Click the profile icon in the top left corner.
Click on Team Settings.
Under Team Features, click on Families.
Click the toggle on the right to enable Families. The toggle will be on if the circle is on the right side. To date, enabling families comes at no additional cost
Click into 'Journeys'
Click into a child's profile.
In the top part of the screen click 'Family sharing'
Click "Invite' in the top right
Enter the same email that is linked to your Mana Teachers account. Allocate yourself as Parent (i.e. they will have the ability to comment on documents / message the centre).
You will receive a notification for an invite in your Profile and Preferences section to view the Families experience. Click on the Profile Icon > Click Profile and Preferences > Select Invites > Accept the Invite.
Go back into the Journeys section, find the child's learning documentation that you would like to share. Click into the journey > You must then Share the whole journey by selecting the Person icon in the top right > Then you must share the individual documents that you wish to share with families by selecting the person icon on the document itself.
Click on the profile icons > Select the Families profile > See the documentation that has been shared, Magic Moments will be surfaced the more documentation that you share on that child's journey.
