How do I contact Mana for help?

If you ever need a hand while using Mana, we’re here to support you. You can reach out to us directly through the app.

Step 1: Open the Mana app and tap the Profile icon (top left).
​Step 2: Select Help & Support.
​Step 3: Type your question into the chat window. Our help assistant will guide you first, but if you’d like support from a real person:

Step 4: In the chat, select Talk to a human. This will connect you with our team for more personalised help.
