Can I edit a message I sent on chats?

In the Mana web app, you can edit a text message you sent in Chat.

Edit message is available for your own text messages. If it is not shown, that message cannot be edited.

How to edit a chat message

To edit a chat message in Mana, open the conversation that contains the message.

  1. Right-click the text message you sent.

  2. Select Edit message.

The message composer opens with the current text.

3. Update the text, then select the arrow button to save your changes.

What happens after you save

Selecting Edit message opens the message composer with the current message text. After you save, the updated text appears in the conversation and Mana marks the message as Edited.
