In the Mana web app, Mana asks you to confirm before deleting a message. Use these steps only when Delete message is shown in the message options.
How to delete a chat message
To delete a chat message in Mana, open the conversation that contains the message.
Right-click the message you want to delete.
Select Delete message.
Review the delete confirmation
The confirmation dialog is titled Delete message? and says, This removes the message from the chat.
3. Read the confirmation, then select Delete only if you want to continue.
If you do not want to continue
Select Cancel to close the confirmation without continuing with the delete action.
What happens after you delete the message
Mana removes the message content and shows Message deleted in its place.
