How can I mark a curricula "complete" or "incomplete"?

Mark your curriculum complete or incomplete

A curriculum is considered complete once all plans within it are marked complete. Once completed, you can no longer add documents to the curriculum. You can also mark a completed curriculum incomplete if you need to continue working on it or extend it.

To mark a Curriculum complete:

  1. Select the Curricula tab and choose your group name.

  2. Select the curriculum you want to complete.

  3. Ensure all plans within the curriculum are marked complete.

  4. Click the Complete button.

Note: If all plans are not marked complete, you'll be prompted to move them to a new or existing curriculum before completing.

To mark a curriculum incomplete:

  1. Select the Curricula tab and choose your group name.

  2. Use the filter to change from Open to Completed.

  3. Find the completed curriculum and click the options icon (two lines) next to it.

  4. Select Incomplete.

Now you can click into the curriculum and continue adding documents.
