You can mark a Journey complete when you have finished working on it. If you need to continue a completed Journey, use Reopen where that action is available to your role.
Mark a Journey complete
Open Journeys, find the child and open their Current journey from the child’s three-dot menu.
Select Complete in the open Journey.
If Mana opens the Complete Journey dialog because stages are incomplete, enter a Reason for closing and select Yes, complete journey.
The extra dialog depends on whether the Journey has incomplete stages. Check the Journey’s status after completing it. If Mana reports an error, do not assume the status changed.
Reopen a completed Journey
Open Journeys, find the child and select All journeys from their three-dot menu.
Use the Journey status filter to select Completed, then select Apply.
Find the Journey and open its three-dot menu. Select Reopen.
Read the Reopen journey? confirmation and select Reopen.
Open the Journey to continue working.
Reopening keeps the Journey’s completed documents and linked evidence in place. If Reopen is unavailable, ask your manager to check the Journey and your access.
Why can’t I see the completed Journey?
The child-menu All journeys shortcut initially includes all Journey statuses. The Profile → Learning → Journeys shortcut initially shows Open. Check the status filter, time filter and search text if the completed Journey is missing.
