How can I mark a program "complete" or "incomplete"?

Mark your program complete or incomplete

A program is considered complete once all plans within it are marked complete. Once completed, you can no longer add documents to the program. You can also mark a completed program incomplete if you need to continue working on it or extend it.

To mark a program complete:

  1. Select the Program tab and choose your group name.

  2. Select the program you want to complete.

  3. Ensure all plans within the program are marked complete.

  4. Click the Complete button.

Note: If all plans are not marked complete, you'll be prompted to move them to a new or existing program before completing.

To mark a program incomplete:

  1. Select the Program tab and choose your group name.

  2. Use the filter to change from Open to Completed.

  3. Find the completed program and click the options icon (two lines) next to it.

  4. Select Incomplete.

Now you can click into the program and continue adding documents.
