Use Mark as complete when you have finished with a Plan for now. You can return it to Currently doing if you want to explore the idea again.
You need Full access to change a Plan. Plans belong to the account that created them and the selected child, so use that account when looking for a Plan you saved earlier.
Mark a Plan as complete
Open Home.
In Your plans or Home Plans, select See all.
Open the Plan from Currently doing.
Open Plan options, the three-dot menu.
Select Mark as complete.
Check the Completed tab to find the Plan after the change.
Completion records that you have finished with this Plan for now. It is not an assessment of your child or confirmation that a developmental goal has been achieved. You can follow your child's response and return to an idea when it becomes useful again.
Return to a completed Plan
Open the Plan list and select Completed.
Open the Plan you want to revisit.
Open Plan options.
Select Move to currently doing.
Check that the Plan appears in Currently doing.
Moving between these lists keeps the Plan available. You do not need to delete and recreate it to use it again.
Keep related Memories
The Plan's Memories section opens shared Memories. To resume an unfinished linked draft, open the Plan and select Share a memory while it is current. A completed Plan shows Continue memory when an unfinished linked draft is available. Deleting a Plan is a separate permanent action, and linked Memories can prevent deletion.
If a status change fails, keep the error message and check the Plan's current list before retrying. For help with an app error, email [email protected].
