How do I cancel my Mana subscription?
You can cancel your paid Mana plan (aside from Enterprise plans) through our self-serve billing portal:
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Open Billing Portal
In the Stripe portal, select your subscription and choose Cancel plan
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
Your data is retained for a period after cancellation in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting any documents, records, or reports you need before your access ends.
How does pro-rata billing work?
Upgrades are charged immediately (pro-rata difference for remaining days). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Your invoice will show a line item for any adjustments.
Billing questions or disputes?
Email [email protected] with your centre name and invoice number. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
What changes after you cancel: your team moves to the free plan, where Mana's AI features (like Coach Sue and document generation) are no longer available. You'll still be able to view and download your existing documentation — we recommend downloading anything you'd like to keep. Learn more about free plan changes.
