This applies to all plans except Enterprise plans. For changes to Mana Enterprise plans, please get in touch with us directly via [email protected].
Here is how you can upgrade or downgrade your paid Mana plan.
Click on your profile icon on the top left corner of your screen. Ensure you are on the right Team that you'd like to make changes to. If not, use the Switch function to change this. Then, select Settings.
On your left hand side navigation panel, scroll down to your Teams section and select Analytics. Then select Team Billing.
Select Open Billing Portal and then confirm you want to Open the Billing Portal in another window.
Select Update subscription
Select the the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to. Options will include:
Room Plan
Centre Plan
Please note: Individual Plans (previously available) are no longer available for new sign ups. If you are on an Individual Plan and are seeking to upgrade to a Room Plan, you will not be able to downgrade back down to an Individual Plan in the future.
Follow the prompts to enter payment details (if required) to confirm your plan changes.
