What "Continue at home" does
When enabled, Mana generates "Continue at home" activity suggestions linked to a child's learning moment and shares them with families through the Families view. When turned off, families will no longer see these suggestions. Everything else in the family app is unaffected.
You can manage turning this feature on or off at the organisation level or the individual centre level.
Manage at the organisation level
This disables Continue at home across all centres in your organisation.
Go to Org Settings β Features β Families
Find the Continue at home toggle and turn it on / off
From here you can also control whether individual centres can manage the setting themselves. Toggle Allow team overrides on if you want centres to be able to turn it on or off independently. Leave it off if you want the org setting to apply everywhere.
Manage at the centre level
If team overrides are enabled at org level, centre managers can manage this setting for their own centre.
Go to Team Settings β Features β Families
Find the Continue at home toggle and turn it on / off
Important things to know
If Continue at home is turned off at org level and team overrides are disabled, individual centres cannot change this setting.
The setting can be turned back on at any time.
Turning off Continue at home does not affect the Families feature itself, families can still view and engage with learning stories and magic moments.
