Start from the document card you want to move. Row and column changes affect its position on the open board; Move to sends that document to another available Journey or Program.

In a child Journey

Press and hold the document card, drag it to the intended stage, then drop it.

Within a Program

Drag the card to another cell, or open its three-dot menu and select Change column or Change row. Choose the destination shown.

Check that the document arrived in the intended location. Re-share intended items using Share documentation with families.

If it returns to its old location or shows a save error, stop and contact Help & Support with the document, source, destination and error. Do not move the whole Program to correct one card.
