Use a group document to create tailored stories for several children. If you already wrote the story in one child’s Journey, use Copy to, then personalise each copy.
Start with a group story
In Program, open the room’s program and create a Story. Include what happened and each child’s participation.
Save the story, then open Follow Ups. Check Focus children; use Add child if someone is missing.
Select Add to Journey beside each child. Mana creates a tailored version. Select Open document to review it.

Already wrote it for one child?
Go back to that child’s Journey. On the story’s card, select the three dots (Options) → Copy to. Scroll the menu if needed.
Under Children, tick the other children’s Journeys, then select Copy to 1 location (or the number selected).
Open each copy and edit its names, observations and learning details. Copy to duplicates the wording; it does not personalise it.

Before sharing: review each child’s story and photos. Check Follow Ups to see whether the original belongs to a Program or an individual Journey. If a child is unavailable, check their active Journey and your access; for a group story, also check room membership.
