Use Xplor sync exclusions when a particular child, room, educator or centre should no longer be added or updated through Xplor. Sync pauses for the exact numeric ID you add.

You need access to update your organisation settings.

Add one ID at a time. Mana shows numeric IDs rather than child, educator or centre names on this page.

In Mana, go to Settings &gt; Integrations.

Select Sync exclusions, just above Centre Sync Settings.

Choose Children, Rooms, Educators or Centres.

Enter the numeric Xplor ID, then select Add.

3. Select Sync exclusions, just above Centre Sync Settings.
4. Choose Children, Rooms, Educators or Centres.
5. Enter the numeric Xplor ID, then select Add.

Mana shows Sync paused for that ID. If Mana finds a linked record that was synced already, complete the follow-up shown for that record.

Children and rooms: keep the existing record as it is, or make it inactive when that option is shown.

Educators: keep the existing access, make the exact Xplor-linked centre role inactive, or remove the exact Xplor-linked pending invitation when that option is shown. Access for other centres and access set up separately in Mana stay unchanged.

Centres: keep the existing Mana centre. Deleting a centre is not offered from sync exclusions.

- Children and rooms: keep the existing record as it is, or make it inactive when that option is shown.
- Educators: keep the existing access, make the exact Xplor-linked centre role inactive, or remove the exact Xplor-linked pending invitation when that option is shown. Access for other centres and access set up separately in Mana stay unchanged.
- Centres: keep the existing Mana centre. Deleting a centre is not offered from sync exclusions.

The exclusion itself does not delete an existing Mana child, room or centre. Any change to an existing record happens only after you choose the follow-up Mana shows.

Return to Sync exclusions and choose the record type.

Find the Xplor ID and select Remove.

2. Find the Xplor ID and select Remove.
3. Confirm Remove exclusion.

The ID can sync again when its other sync settings allow. Removing an exclusion does not automatically reactivate an existing Mana record.

For centres: excluding a mapped centre turns centre sync off. Removing the exclusion does not turn centre sync back on, so review the centre's sync setting when you are ready.

If you see Check again or Check status, select it to continue the same follow-up. The Xplor ID stays excluded while Mana checks.

Stop a particular Xplor child, room, educator or centre ID from syncing into Mana and safely handle a record that already exists.
