The integration between Xplor and Mana is designed to simplify your workflows by keeping family and child data up to date automatically. This article explains how the integration works, its benefits, and important things to keep in mind.

Benefits of Xplor Integration

Once connected, Xplor and Mana will sync automatically to save you time and reduce manual work:

  • Automatic Data Sync: Parent and child information is kept up to date in Mana without needing to enter details manually.

  • Parent Invitations: Parents are automatically invited to join LoveHeart.

  • Ongoing Updates: Changes in Xplor flow through to Mana, including removing children who leave your service.

Important to note:

  • The integration creates a new Team for your service. This means existing Mana Team information including members, child profiles and learning documentation will not transfer across automatically.

  • To keep past records, you’ll need to export children’s documentation as PDFs or copy-paste and re-upload them into the new team.

  • If a child’s profile remains active in Xplor (for example, while fees are being finalised), they will also remain active in Mana.

    • To ensure your Mana records are accurate, mark children as inactive in Xplor once they leave your service.

Guide to Integration

1. Log into your Mana Organisation and select Info > Integrations

2. Select Connect and enter the required information from Xplor

3. Once connected, select Details and ensure all the necessary settings are toggled on.
