Accept another family invitation

Connect another child or early learning invitation to your existing Mana account using the invitation email.

Open the new invitation email to connect another child to your existing Mana account. Signing in alone does not accept every invitation.

Check the email address

Use your existing account if its email matches the invitation. Otherwise, ask your setting to reissue the invitation to that address; another child does not require another account.

Accept the new invitation

  1. Open the new email’s joining link.

  2. Sign in with the matching account and complete email verification if asked.

  3. Follow the joining screen. Direct invitations can accept automatically; select Accept if a card offers it.

  4. Check that the expected child appears in the family experience.

Example Mana invitation card for Aroha Taylor, Invited as Parent, with numbered callouts for the name and role and the Accept button. Decline is also visible.

Check the name and role; Accept if this invitation is yours. Fictional example.

If you have several profiles, use Account → Switch profile when that control is available.

Find your child’s updates

On Home, check the child in Filter and sort, or use Reset. Updates depend on what the setting shared and your access. See Find your way around Mana Families.

If joining fails

Reopen the invitation and use Try again if offered. Ask your setting to check the invitation or email [email protected].
