Accept your family invitation

Use the email invitation from your child’s early learning setting to connect the right Mana account to your child.

Open your invitation email and follow its joining link. Create an account or sign in using the same email address that received the invitation.

Accept your invitation

  1. Open the joining link and sign in with the invited address.

  2. Complete any email verification and account details requested.

  3. Follow the joining screen. A direct invitation can accept automatically. If an invitation card shows Accept, select it.

  4. Finish any language, notification and welcome setup, then check that your child appears.

Check the invited address

If you want a different email address, ask your setting to reissue the invitation. Creating a separate account does not give it access to your child. Check junk or spam if the email is missing.

Already use Mana?

Use your existing account when the address matches, including an educator account. See Accept another family invitation.

If joining fails

Check the invited address and email verification, then use Try again if offered. Ask your setting to check access or email [email protected]. An empty Home feed can mean no updates have been shared yet.
