In your own Grow Meeting on the web, use Follow Up to add actions or remove suggestions. Keep the meeting and Follow Up stage open while editing. Done finishes this stage separately. Complete finishes any remaining stages and the whole meeting: see Complete a Grow Meeting. You do not need to finish every follow-up action first.
Add an agreed action
Open Grow → Mentoring → Open, choose the meeting, then Follow Up. Under Add a follow-up, write in Write a follow-up action and select Add to Journey. You need an active Grow Journey. Failed additions keep your text; check the error before retrying.

Remove an unwanted suggestion
Select × (Remove follow-up) beside a suggestion you have not added to the Journey. Wait for it to disappear. It should stay removed on reopening. If × is missing, refresh Mana and reopen the meeting.
This control does not remove actions labelled In Journey. If removal fails, the suggestion stays visible. Retry once; if it returns or still fails, contact Help & Support with the meeting and suggestion.
Check it was added
From this meeting → In Journey confirms an action was added, not completed.
Complete an action
Use Mark follow-up complete; completed text is crossed out. Use Mark follow-up incomplete to undo.

Finish or reopen
Done finishes the Follow Up stage; it does not complete every action. To edit an already completed meeting, select Reopen meeting, then reopen Follow Up if needed. You can select Complete without marking each stage Done first.
Suggestions are optional
You can add your own agreed action without generating suggestions.
