Complete a Grow Meeting

Use Save, Done and Complete correctly, and fix an unfinished meeting-document message.

Written by Himal Randeniya

To complete a Grow one-on-one, save the Meet document and finish the three stages, then select Complete. Saving your writing and marking a stage Done are separate steps.

Complete the meeting

  1. Open Grow → Mentoring → Open and choose the one-on-one. Check a mentor is assigned.

  2. In Prepare, select Done, or Skip if separate preparation is not needed.

  3. In Meet, review the notes. Use Edit → Save for changes, then select the section’s Done.

  4. In Follow Up, review the agreed next steps and select Done. Individual actions can still be in progress.

  5. Select Complete at the top right.

Grow one-on-one controls: amber 1 marks the document Save checkmark, 2 marks the section Done button, and 3 marks the overall Complete button, shown unavailable until prerequisites are met.

1. Save: saves the document.

2. Done: finishes the section.

3. Complete: finishes the meeting.

“Finish the meeting document before completing”

This message concerns the Meet document. Open Meet; if locked, select Reopen. Review and save the notes, then select Done. If minutes are still generating, wait for them to finish before retrying Complete.

Reopen meeting is for editing an already completed meeting. Leave Follow Up marked Done when completing.

If still blocked, contact Help & Support with the exact message and the section statuses.
