Find Compliance checklists and incident records

Find current work and retained records, and understand the New work is off message.

Written by Himal Randeniya

Open Compliance in your centre team to find checklists and incident records. Compliance is currently labelled Beta.

Find a checklist or incident

  1. Check that you are in the correct centre team, then select Compliance in the left navigation.

  2. Choose Checklists. Current shows checks needing attention; History holds completed and no-longer-required runs. Select a record to read it. Issues shows follow-ups from checklists or issues logged by educators.

  3. For incident records, return to Compliance and choose Incidents. Select History to see finalised and voided records. Current returns to records still needing attention.

Filter the register

In Checklists → Current or History, open Filter checklists. Choose a Room (1) or other options.

Under Register date (2), enter dates as YYYY-MM-DD. Both dates are included, using the centre’s local date. The To date must be on or after the From date.

Select Apply (3). To remove checklist filters, select Clear (4), then Apply. Cancel leaves applied filters unchanged.

Why does it say “New work is off”?

If you see this message, new Compliance work is switched off for the selected centre. Existing work and retained records remain available: you can still finish open checks and read previous records.

If you need to start new work, ask your organisation administrator to check your centre’s Compliance setup and availability. An empty list means there are no records in that view; try History for completed records.
