Check your organisation’s AI usage

Find monthly AI usage and check whether the recorded figures cover the full period.

Open your organisation’s Settings → Agents → View AI usage to check recorded usage for a calendar month. Read the coverage note before treating the figures as a full monthly total.

Check a month

  1. Open Settings in your organisation, then select Agents.

  2. Select View AI usage.

  3. Select Calendar month and choose the month you want to check.

The selected month, recorded figures and update time appear together.

Check what is recorded

If you see Only part of this month is recorded, the figures do not cover the whole month. Use that recorded period when comparing results.

Open Measurement details to check the recording coverage, coverage dates, execution attempts and provider consumption in tokens. These are separate measures, so their numbers do not need to match.

For the current month, complete coverage means recording covers the period up to the displayed update time. The month is still in progress.

Cannot access the page?

This view requires permission to view your organisation’s billing information. If you cannot see View AI usage, ask your organisation administrator to check your access.

If you see AI usage is unavailable. Try again., select Retry. Unavailable data does not mean zero usage. If it persists, contact Mana support.
