Use Family engagement to review recorded family activity, shared-document deliveries and participation at your centre. On Home, under Reports, select Family engagement.
Check Last refreshed and the period shown before comparing figures. Screenshots below show demo figures.
Overview
Shows family activity and monthly movement, based on recorded sign-ins, documents read and discussions.
Sharing
Shows distinct Documents shared and Family deliveries to recipients. Viewed and Discussed count deliveries with recorded reading or discussion, not the number of messages.
Select Review children without a recent share when shown. The list covers the last 30 days.
Review the children listed, then select Close to return.
Partnership
Shows saved/opened activities, activities that led to a completed Memory, family-created Memories and chat messages, where data is available. Saved snapshot shows activities families have saved, rather than new saves that month.
Breakdown
Shows parent-account details for the selected measure.
Missing or partial figures
Activity since [date] means the current period has partial coverage from that date. Not available, History not available and — are missing values, not zero activity.
