Overview shows the current month’s document count and Monthly movement.
Leaderboard shows document totals by educator.
Breakdown groups documents by type and context, such as Individual, Group and Grow.

The current month is labelled so far; earlier months are separate monthly totals, not a running total. Reporting months use Sydney time.
History building means historical data is not ready; it does not mean zero documents. Check Last refreshed before expecting a recent change to appear.
The count covers documents created in Mana during the current month, excluding deleted documents. Uploaded file totals and Coach messages are not included. It measures activity, not the quality of an educator’s work.
